Acceptance These Terms govern your use of JobsPipe (“JobsPipe”, “we”). By creating an account or making a request to the JobsPipe API, MCP server or dashboard, you agree to these Terms and to our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://jobspipe.dev/acceptable-use) on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent. ## 2\. The service JobsPipe provides programmatic access to job postings that are public without a login, collected from employer career sites, applicant tracking systems, public employment services and job boards, and normalized into a documented JSON schema. How we collect is described in our [Trust Center](https://jobspipe.dev/trust). Plans, quotas, and rate limits are described at [/#pricing](https://jobspipe.dev/#pricing) and in your dashboard. ## 3\. Acceptable use Your use must follow the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://jobspipe.dev/acceptable-use). In particular you must not: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) resell, sublicense or redistribute the data in bulk, or as a dataset, feed or API that competes with JobsPipe; (c) attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or authentication, or open multiple free accounts; (d) use the data to discriminate against candidates or to monitor or profile individuals. ## 4\. Your responsibility for the data You are an independent controller of any personal data you receive through JobsPipe, such as the name of a recruiter that a posting includes, and you are solely responsible for your use of it: deciding your lawful basis, giving any notices the law requires, honouring requests from the people concerned, and complying with privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, consumer reporting and anti-spam law. When you display a posting, keep the link to the original posting. ## 5\. Accounts and API keys You are responsible for the security of your API keys and for all activity under your account. Rotate keys promptly if you suspect compromise. ## 6\. Fees, renewal and cancellation Paid packages are monthly subscriptions billed in advance to the card on file. A package renews automatically every month at the price shown on the [pricing page](https://jobspipe.dev/pricing) when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard under Settings, Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep your allowance until then. There is no overage billing: when a package’s monthly credits run out, requests return HTTP 402 until the month resets, unless you buy extra credits or turn on auto-recharge. Extra credits are one-time charges at your package’s rate; auto-recharge charges the card on file for 5,000-credit blocks whenever your allowance runs out, up to the monthly budget you set, until you turn it off. Moving up a package is prorated and immediate; moving down takes effect at the next renewal. Prices exclude applicable taxes. We will give at least 14 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your renewal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused extra credits are forfeited when an account is deleted. ## 7\. Data and ownership JobsPipe does not claim ownership of job-posting content, which belongs to the employers that published it. We retain rights to our normalized schema, enrichment, and dedup logic. See our [Privacy Policy](https://jobspipe.dev/privacy) and [Data Processing Addendum](https://jobspipe.dev/dpa). ## 8\. Suspension We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or whose use exposes JobsPipe, a source site or the people in the data to harm. Report misuse to [abuse@jobspipe.dev](mailto:abuse@jobspipe.dev). ## 9\. Indemnity You will defend and indemnify JobsPipe against third-party claims arising from your use of the data in breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. ## 10\. Warranty disclaimer The service and the data are provided “as is” and “as available.” Postings are written by third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Source coverage can change at any time. ## 11\. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsPipe’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. ## 12\. Changes We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. This version applies to new accounts from September 27, 2026 and to existing accounts from October 11, 2026. ## 13\. Contact Questions?
