Pricing FAQ

Questions about plans and credits.

How much does JobsPipe cost?

There are three self-serve plans. Free is free forever and includes 1,000 jobs per month. Builder is $49 per month for 25,000 jobs. Scale is $349 per month for 300,000 jobs, which works out at $1.16 per 1,000. Above 300,000 jobs a month we quote against your actual volume, so talk to sales. Every plan reads from the same 30+ ATS and job-board sources behind one normalized JSON schema, so the difference is volume, freshness and support rather than coverage.

Is there a free tier, and does it expire?

Yes, the Free plan is free forever rather than a trial. It includes 1,000 jobs per month, access to all 30+ sources, crawl freshness within 24 hours, and the community Discord. You can also call every /v1/sandbox route without an API key and without using quota, which returns sample data in the exact live schema.

What is a credit?

One credit is one job returned, so a response carrying twenty-five postings costs twenty-five credits and a response carrying one costs one. A search that matches nothing costs nothing, and preview mode (blur_company_data) returns masked results at no charge, so you can size a search before paying for it. Free includes 1,000 jobs per month, Builder 25,000 and Scale 300,000. Balances reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What is the difference between the Builder and Scale plans?

Builder is $49 per month with 25,000 jobs, webhook delivery, sub-6h crawl freshness, a daily diffs feed and email support. Scale is $349 per month with 300,000 jobs, real-time webhooks, sub-1h freshness, a 99.95% uptime SLA and a dedicated CSM. Builder suits startups and indie tools in production; Scale suits job boards, ATS partners and aggregators. Teams pulling the corpus above 300,000 jobs a month are quoted individually.

Do all plans get access to all sources?

Yes. Every plan, including Free, reads from all 30+ ATS and job-board sources through the same normalized schema. Sources are not gated behind higher tiers. What changes between plans is the monthly job allowance, how quickly sources are re-crawled, webhook delivery, and the support and SLA that come with it.

What are the API rate limits on each plan?

Rate limits scale from 2 to 50 requests per second depending on plan, and the current limit is advertised in IETF RateLimit response headers on every call. Scale plans carry a 99.95% uptime SLA. Back off and retry on HTTP 429 and on documented transient 5xx responses; other 4xx errors should never be retried.

How fresh is the data on each plan?

All sources are crawled within 24 hours on Free, within 6 hours on Builder, and within 1 hour on Scale. Diff webhooks fire within minutes of a change being detected, so on Builder and Scale you can react to a new or closed posting without polling the search endpoint on a schedule.

How does credit pricing compare to buying a bulk dataset?

JobsPipe meters the jobs you actually pull rather than selling a dataset subscription, so you query live data when you need it instead of buying periodic file dumps and storing them yourself. Free is 1,000 jobs a month, Builder $49 for 25,000 and Scale $349 for 300,000, with a quote above that. That suits products that need current postings more than they need a full historical archive on disk.
