# Which Companies Use Claude?

Which companies use Claude? Job postings name the employers hiring for it, their industries, sizes and countries. Here is the list and how to rebuild it.

Which companies use Claude? Anthropic publishes customer stories, not a customer list, and usage of a model API leaves no trace on a company’s website. Job postings are the public record that remains: an employer asking for experience with Claude, the Claude API or Claude Code is building on it, evaluating it or selling work on it. Below is the list read from active postings as of 2026-09-09, the industries, sizes and countries behind it, and the query that rebuilds the list whenever you need it.

The employers with the most active postings naming Claude or Anthropic, as of 2026-09-09:

-   Anthropic (vendor)
-   EPAM Systems (services)
-   JPMorganChase
-   Deloitte (services)
-   Accenture (services)
-   Micron Technology
-   SIXT
-   Checkr
-   Hostaway
-   Capgemini (services)

Rows tagged vendor or services sell Claude work; the untagged rows are enterprises building their own assistants and agents. The full list, with company domains and the confirmed and likely tiers, is on the [companies that use Anthropic Claude](https://jobspipe.dev/technologies/anthropic) page, and the posting shares are on [companies using Anthropic](https://jobspipe.dev/companies-using/anthropic).

-   United States41.8%
-   India10.1%
-   United Kingdom5.8%
-   Canada4.3%
-   Germany4.3%
-   Brazil3.0%

Share of active postings naming Claude, by the country of the posting (top six). The remainder is spread across the other countries on the collected boards.

How this was measured

Measured from active postings on the ten collected boards whose text names the technology (deduplicated by posting id). Generated 2026-09-09. Shares only: JobsPipe publishes percentages, not counts.

A posting counts once per technology its text names. Industry is the ISIC Rev.4 division of the employer on each posting; size is the employer’s headcount band where known, so the size bars do not sum to 100%. Country is the country of the posting itself. Shares are cross-sectional for the current active set.

```
curl -X POST https://api.jobspipe.dev/v1/jobs/search \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $JOBSPIPE_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"skills_or":["anthropic"],"status":"active","limit":25}'
```

Posting data counts postings, not companies. Most roles at a company building on Claude never mention the model, and a chat subscription leaves no posting at all, so the shares above measure hiring that names Claude, not the user base. The share of all active postings is in the FAQ.

## How to find out which companies use Claude yourself

1. **Search postings by technology.** Call `POST /v1/jobs/search` with `skills_or` set to `["anthropic"]`. The slug covers Claude, the Claude API and Claude Code when the posting names them in an AI context (a model, an API, an LLM and the like); a passing mention of the name alone doesn’t count. Every row carries `company` and a `technology_slugs` array, so grouping by company and sorting by open roles produces the list above.
2. **Read the role.** An AI engineer or applied ML posting that names Claude means the company ships on it. A solutions architect posting at a consultancy means it sells Claude work. A single mention in a nice-to-have line means the team is curious. Filter with `job_title_or` to keep the roles that prove adoption.
3. **Look at what sits next to it.** Read the rest of `technology_slugs` on each record: a company listing several providers is taking a multi-model approach, and one listing Claude alone has standardized on it.
4. **Cut by industry, size and country.** Add `isic_division_or` for an industry, `min_employee_count` or `max_employee_count` for a size band, and `job_country_code_or` for a country. The charts above show where postings naming Claude concentrate.
5. **Keep the list live.** Rerun the query with `discovered_at_gte` set to your last check, or save it as a Signal. A first posting naming Claude at a company that never named it before is the earliest public sign of adoption.

## Where JobsPipe fits

JobsPipe is a jobs data API that collects live postings from LinkedIn, Indeed, Y Combinator, Workday, Greenhouse, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Lever and Paylocity, returns them as one schema with closure tracking and a ghost score, and includes a free tier of 1,000 jobs to start. The list above is one request against [jobspipe.dev](https://jobspipe.dev):

```
curl -X POST https://api.jobspipe.dev/v1/jobs/search \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $JOBSPIPE_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{ "skills_or": ["anthropic"], "status": "active", "limit": 100 }'
```

Group the rows by `company` and you have the list; read `technology_slugs` and you have the rest of each employer’s AI stack. An agent can run the same search over MCP at `https://mcp.jobspipe.dev/mcp`, which is how the [agents that reach live data](https://jobspipe.dev/blog/what-are-the-best-ai-agents) answer the question for themselves, and [agentic search](https://jobspipe.dev/blog/agentic-search) takes the question in plain language.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Which companies use Claude?

As of 2026-09-09, the employers with the most active postings naming Claude or Anthropic on the ten boards JobsPipe collects include Anthropic, EPAM Systems, JPMorganChase, Deloitte, Accenture. Anthropic's own postings and consultancies staffing client AI projects rank high. The live list is one search with skills\_or set to \["anthropic"\], grouped by company.

### How many companies use Claude?

Posting data cannot count companies. It can say that <0.5% of active postings name Claude or Anthropic, a small share, because most roles at a company building on Claude never mention the model and chat subscriptions leave no posting at all. Treat that share as a measure of hiring that names Claude, not of the user base.

### Which industries hire for Claude the most?

By employer industry, Software and IT services (24.3%), Financial services (5.7%), Employment and staffing (4.0%) lead the active postings naming Claude as of 2026-09-09. Software and IT services dominate; the rest is finance, staffing and other sectors adding assistants to their own work.

### How does JobsPipe know a company uses Claude?

Job postings are matched against a technology lexicon that maps Claude, the Claude API, Claude Code and Anthropic to one slug, and the matches are stored on each record as technology\_slugs. A posting counts when it names one of them in an AI context, such as a model, an API or an LLM; a passing mention of the name alone does not. A company with active postings that match appears in the list. A posting is a hiring signal, not proof of a contract, so the technology page separates confirmed from likely use by how many postings say it.
