# JobsPikr review: what it sells, how credits work, and what the pricing page leaves out

JobsPikr is PromptCloud's job-data product: data feeds, a Job Search API and analytics dashboards built on a claimed 70,000+ crawled sources with history back to 2019. The pricing page is four plans deep, yet the dollar figures are not in the page text - what it does publish is the meter: one credit is one job downloaded, in buckets of 1,000 to 25,000 a month, with deduplication, API access and the ML-enriched fields gated by tier. Here is what the platform actually includes, which plan unlocks what, and how to sanity-check the per-job economics before you book the sales call.

JobsPikr is what happens when a web-scraping company productises job postings. Built by the team behind PromptCloud, a data-extraction firm that has crawled the web for clients for over a decade, JobsPikr packages job-posting data three ways: raw feeds, a search API and analytics dashboards, all under a “real-time labor market intelligence” banner aimed at job boards, workforce-planning teams, compensation analysts and investors.

This review is based on the public jobspikr.com product and pricing pages as they stood in late August 2026. The short version: the product surface is broad and the metering model is refreshingly simple, but the two things a developer most wants to see - the prices and the API reference - are the two things the site does not show you.

## What JobsPikr sells

- **Jobs Data feeds.** The core product: structured job postings delivered as live XML feeds updated daily, manual CSV, JSON or XML downloads from a dashboard, or scheduled exports to remote storage such as S3 and FTP.
- **APIs.** A Job Search API for querying postings, plus an Expired Jobs API and an Aggregation API, returning JSON or XML. A customer quote on the pricing page describes using the Search and Aggregation APIs together for company-level and keyword-level trend work.
- **Job Insights.** A dashboard product for skill trends, role demand and salary benchmarking - the no-code side of the house, sold hard at enterprise workforce and total-rewards teams.
- **Pre-built and one-off datasets.** Packaged historical data going back to 2019, and a “Single Use Data Download” option for one-time pulls priced on request.

The coverage claims are big: 100+ countries, 70,000+ sources refreshed daily, over a billion accumulated records with about a million record updates a day, and a customer base of a thousand-plus companies including Fortune 500 names. More on what those numbers mean in a moment.

## The meter: one credit, one job

JobsPikr’s own comparison table defines the unit plainly: “credit limit refers to jobs that can be downloaded in a month.” One credit is one job. That is the cleanest metering model in this market - no per-seat maths, no per-source maths - and the plans are just different bucket sizes:

| Plan | Jobs / month | What the cards advertise |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Kick-off | 1,000 | Basic data points, basic support |
| Starter | 5,000 | Standard data points, deduplication across sources, remote jobs filter |
| Growth | 25,000 | ML-enriched data points, onboarding specialist |
| Enterprise | “High volume” | Bespoke plans, account manager, SLAs, custom source additions |

All three self-serve tiers carry a 7-day free trial, add-on credits exist for overage, and annual billing is “pay for 10 and get 12 months” - an effective 17 percent discount for the commitment.

## The prices are not on the pricing page

Here is the odd part. Each plan card says “Starting At” - and on the day we checked, the figure itself was not present in the page text at all. The only dollar amounts in the page source belong to a contact-form dropdown asking your budget, in bands from “less than $70” to “above $1000 per month”. Third-party software directories list JobsPikr at roughly $79 for Kick-off, $240 for Starter and $480 for Growth per month, but reviews on those same directories quote conflicting starting prices, so treat every number you did not get from a JobsPikr sales conversation as indicative.

The same pattern holds for the developer documentation: the API reference lives in a support portal that redirects to a login before showing anything. Neither of these is a crime - it is the standard enterprise data-vendor motion, and [Coresignal](/blog/coresignal-pricing) and Lightcast play versions of the same game. But it tells you who the product is shaped for: a buyer with procurement patience, not a developer who wants to see the schema and the invoice before dinner.

## Read the gates before you size the plan

The comparison table rewards close reading, because several things you might assume are table stakes are actually tier gates:

- **Deduplication starts at Starter.** The entry-plan cards list “basic data points” only; “deduplication across sources” appears from the Starter card up. On a vendor whose pitch is breadth - the same posting syndicated across dozens of boards - dedup is not a luxury feature, it is what makes a per-job meter honest.
- **The data-access column starts at Starter too.** In the plan comparison, live XML feeds, file downloads, scheduled exports and “Access to API” are listed against Starter, Growth and Enterprise - the Kick-off tier does not appear in that section at all.
- **The fields you filter on are Growth features.** JobsPikr splits its schema into standard data points - title, company name, location as posted, dates, URL, description, extracted salary, source board - and ML-enriched data points: standardized location and company name, seniority, skills, inferred salary, industry, education and experience requirements, remote classification. The enriched set is what powers real analytics, and it unlocks at the 25,000-credit tier.

## What 70,000 sources actually buys

PromptCloud’s DNA is crawling, and it shows in the numbers: 70,000+ sources is far more than any ATS-direct vendor quotes, because a “source” here is any site the crawlers visit - boards, aggregators, career pages. That breadth is real value for two use cases: historical archives (data back to 2019 that you can buy as a one-off dataset) and long-tail or custom sources, since Enterprise buyers can request specific sites be added. It is the same build-vs-buy trade we walk through in [our job-datasets guide](/blog/job-postings-dataset).

The flip side is that crawl breadth multiplies duplicates and variance: the same role appears on many of those 70,000 sources, field quality differs per site, and a billion accumulated records with a million daily updates describes an archive, not the count of jobs open right now. None of that is disqualifying - it is just the right set of questions for the trial week: how many of my 5,000 monthly credits go to near-duplicates, and how fresh is the slice I care about?

## Calibrating the per-job economics

Because JobsPikr meters jobs downloaded, you can compare it per-job against any vendor that meters the same unit. JobsPipe uses the identical credit definition - one credit is one job returned - so the buckets line up directly: JobsPikr’s 25,000-credit Growth tier is the same monthly volume as JobsPipe’s $49 Builder plan, and above that JobsPipe’s $349 Scale plan carries 300,000 jobs a month, which works out at $1.16 per 1,000. The free tier is 1,000 jobs a month - the size of JobsPikr’s entry bucket - free forever rather than for seven days.

The enrichment sits on a different side of the meter, too. Every JobsPipe plan returns the classified schema: ISCO-08 occupation codes (433 unit groups), ISIC industry divisions, extracted skills, seniority and parsed salary ranges ride on every job, including the free ones. The class of query that needs ML-enriched fields on JobsPikr looks like this here:

```
curl https://api.jobspipe.dev/v1/jobs/search \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer jp_live_your_key_here" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{ "skills_or": ["python", "airflow"], "isic_division_or": ["62"], "job_seniority_or": ["senior"], "posted_at_max_age_days": 14, "limit": 25 }'
```

Millions of live postings sit behind that call, collected from the boards and the ATS layer - LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Lever and more - deduplicated into one schema before the meter ever runs.

## Who should pick which

Pick JobsPikr if your requirement is shaped like an archive or an analytics contract: multi-year historical data, one-off dataset purchases, custom source additions, or the Job Insights dashboards for a team that will never call an API. It is a credible player in the [labour market intelligence](/blog/labour-market-intelligence) market, and the credit model is easier to reason about than most of its enterprise peers - we said the same about the account-shaped meter in our [Mantiks review](/blog/mantiks-review).

Pick a self-serve jobs API if you want to see prices, docs and data before talking to anyone. The two trial weeks cost you nothing either way: run the same query through JobsPikr’s trial and a free JobsPipe key, count the usable, deduplicated postings each returns for your slice of the market, and the per-job economics will make the decision for you.

The same meter, with the prices printed - free tier, key in 30 seconds.
